The $330 million Measure Z bond program includes modernization and new construction of 26 high school, junior high school, and alternative education campus facilities. While performing an independent performance audit, Cumming identified several project management deficiencies and provided the Board of Trustees with best practice recommendations for their program. Cumming was subsequently retained to provide program and project management services for eight schools.
