In the role of College Project Manager, Cumming is responsible for the development of $440 million in new construction and modernization work on LA Southwest College’s single 63.7- acre site. Nearly 80% of the existing campus is being reconstructed, and 10 new buildings are being added under the program. The Cumming team is managing the activities of seven architects, their engineering firms, 14 specialty consultants, a contractor, and the design-build firms.
