Cumming’s cost and scheduling services for the $2 billion program encompass all aspects of preliminary cost and schedule control, including: cost planning and estimating of construction costs, soft costs, fees, FF&E, and escalation; scheduling; value analysis; comparative cost analysis; LEED analysis; and continuous cost and schedule monitoring.
