Hilton Worldwide has engaged Cumming to serve as project manager in support of a major guest room renovation project. Work includes new lighting arrangements, bathroom remodels, and new exterior doors and windows, among other features. Cumming is responsible for leading the project team while reporting to Hilton Worldwide on project status and coordination activities. Ultimately, Cumming has been tasked with delivering on a specific vision, and doing so in a timely, cost effective manner.
