As the Owner’s Representative for this $450 million dollar development, Cumming managed all aspects of the project’s budget and schedule from planning through close-out. The Four Winds Casino Resort is a master planned development with a 130,000 sq. ft. casino, 3,000 slot machines, six restaurants, a 2,200 car parking garage, and a Kids Quest center – all on a 670 acre site.
