Red Hawk Casino is an extraordinary half-billion-dollar construction project comprising 278,000 sq. ft. The facility includes six restaurants, three bars, 2,100 slot machines, 100 table games, an eight-story, 2,400-stall parking structure, and a wastewater treatment plant. Cumming provided project and cost management as Owner’s Representative. Additionally, Cumming served as Resident Engineer for the $40 million freeway interchange project that included a flyover and underpass to improve access to the facility. The project was delivered in 20 months.
