Cumming provided project, construction, and cost management services for the $285 million dollar San Manuel Casino expansion project, which encompassed approximately 450,000 sq. ft. The two-story expansion includes 2,000 machines on the lower level and a bingo/concert hall above. The partnership formed between Cumming and the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians resulted in the project’s successful completion on schedule and within budget.
