Cumming provided cost management services for a new clinic building at the Shingle Springs Tribal Health Clinic in northern California. The Cumming team provided services in support of the project architect, NTD Architecture. The overall project included estimates for all building components and systems, as well as related sitework. The new clinic building comprises 18,000 sq. ft. and supports the tribal community of 400 members.
