U.S. Navy IDIQ Contract

Cumming is providing cost estimating services on behalf of Vasquez + Marshall Architects for various Navy IDIQ contracts throughout the Southwest. Services include the preparation of study estimates and submittal estimates for design-build and full design packages. Additionally, Cumming has been involved in value engineering and function analysis concept development activities. To date, several projects have been completed, including at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA, and at the Navy Seals Team Operations Facility in Coronado, CA.
