Since 1999 Cumming has continuously provided construction program management services to the Charleston County School District in support of new construction and renovation work district-wide. Specific services provided by our team have included site analysis and due diligence studies, A/E and consultant evaluations and contracting, estimating, scheduling, value analysis, constructability reviews, construction contract procurement assistance, standard specification development, contractor management, logistics management, regulatory agency coordination, closeout and warranty follow-up, monthly web-based reporting, and financial project accounting. Cumming’s consistent management and leadership over the course of the program has contributed to the successful completion of approximately eighty projects totaling nearly $480 million well under budget, on time and to the quality standards set forth by the District.
