This is the first of a multi-phase project consisting of a 570,000-sq.-ft., 156-bed replacement hospital, which includes 132 medical/surgery beds and 24 critical beds. The project includes a 22,000-sq.-ft. technology block, 42,000-sq.-ft. Heart Center with Cath and EP labs, chest pain center, 40,000-sq.-ft. surgical department, 16,000-sq.-ft. Interventional Radiology Suite, 30,000-sq.-ft. digestive center, and an ambulatory care clinic. Cumming provided preconstruction planning and construction management, project scheduling, pre-construction estimating, and bid marketing.
