For the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa Ballroom Expansion project, Cumming provided project management services, including constructability reviews, preconstruction schedule evaluations, detailed budget forecasting, and construction oversight. The project includes the construction of a new 21,500 sq. ft. ballroom, which has been designed to sit atop an existing ballroom. Cumming’s project management role also encompassed the construction of a new lakeside terrace, which is located adjacent to a golf course.
