Marty Breen is Executive Vice President responsible for Cumming’s nationwide Program and Project Management Services Group. He possesses more than 30 years of experience spread across the General Contracting, Development, and Consultant P.M. industries. With experience as an Owner and Contractor prior to joining Cumming, he possesses a great deal of understanding in the business. He has managed multi-billion dollar development portfolios as a former Vice President with Marriott Vacation Club and Ritz-Carlton Club, and large multi-million dollar construction projects for several large general contracting firms, using all types of delivery models. He understands that the success for each project starts with establishing the right team, setting the right benchmarks for budget, scope and schedule upfront, and then managing, directing and measuring the progress of the project through key critical milestones along the way. He understands that superior leadership is the cornerstone of successful Project Management and that full accountability is essential for top shelf performance. His commitment to delivery on-budget, on-schedule, and on-quality is unwavering, it is fully embraced by his staff, and it sets Cumming apart from the rest.
