Managing Principal, Dispute Resolution & Consulting

David is a 25-year construction industry veteran. He has served in management roles throughout his career and in senior leadership positions over the last decade. David has extensive experience as a general contractor, owner-builder, and owner’s representative, and today applies his field-based knowledge to supporting our clients in the resolution and avoidance of construction disputes. He represents owners, designers, and contractors.

David is primarily responsible for Cumming's dispute resolution and consulting services company-wide. David also serves on Cumming’s Advisory Board, which oversees both the day-to-day operations and the strategic direction for the company in each of its primary service lines. David's key concerns are operations, business development, and client and team member satisfaction. Before joining Cumming, David served as Vice President of A.W. Hutchison & Associates, LLC (since acquired by Navigant), where he provided a number of consulting services.
