Mike has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He is responsible for managing the daily operations for Cumming's project and cost management groups, including its portfolio of more than 400 medical, educational, hotel, timeshare, gaming, and condominium projects nationwide.

A professional estimator by trade, Mike has a thorough knowledge of all cost management concepts and practices. In addition to estimating, Mike is well-versed in all areas of construction management and consulting, including master planning, project controls, contract management and expert witness testimony.
