Bill brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to the Cumming team. He has managed projects from planning, design, and construction through move-in and start-up. Bill’s planning expertise includes strategic planning, feasibility studies, site selection, and the development of master plans. Bill has managed the design process, including site layout, system selection, code analysis, adherence to project intent, and constructability reviews. Additionally, Bill has developed, updated and monitored project budgets and schedules, including cost tracking, change order review/negotiation, cost projections, cash flows, summary schedules, phasing and sequencing plans, and resource allocation. He is familiar with governmental review, approval, and compliance processes, including adherence to local, state, and federal laws and regulations, including OSHPD.
The best indication of Bill’s expertise in the healthcare sector is his impressive resume. He has worked for nearly two dozen healthcare institutions on more than 30 individual projects across the country. Some of these clients include St. Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor, Washington; Oregon State Hospital in Salem, Oregon; Franklin Ambulatory Surgery/Medical Imaging Center in Denver, Colorado; and Kaiser Permanente.
