In addition to his role as Managing Principal, Bill oversees Cumming’s Government Sector in the U.S. Bill possesses more than twenty years of estimating experience, including work on more than a dozen local, state and federal projects, and as a result has broad knowledge of construction costs across the U.S. In order to provide our clients with accurate forecasts, Bill continuously monitors national and economic trends, and publishes Cumming's monthly Economic Report and price book. Bill is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators, the Society of American Value Engineers and an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects. He also holds a Certified Cost Consultant certificate issued by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering, and is a LEED-Accredited Professional.
