Sandy serves as Cumming’s nationwide Education Sector leader. A trained quantity surveyor with 15 years of industry experience, Sandy focuses on institutional projects – K-12, higher education, and science and technology – across the nation and overseas. His thorough understanding of the challenges unique to these project types helps ensure that our clients receive proactive solutions that minimize their risks and allow them to proceed with confidence. Sandy has deep relationships with K-12, community college, and university leaders across the nation, including the University of California, University of Colorado, and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratories, along with more than two dozen K-12 school districts.
