His experience spans a broad range of project types, including general and specialty acute care hospitals, pediatric/children’s hospitals, teaching hospitals, cancer centers, rehabilitation centers, behavioral health facilities, ambulatory surgery and outpatient centers, medical office buildings and clinics, bio-medical and research facilities, skilled nursing facilities, as well as medical support facilities and central utility plants. Steve is especially skilled at providing accurate budgets at the early programming and conceptual phases, detailed construction and project cost estimates, value engineering, contractor GMP negotiation, change management, and project cost management.
