Cumming provided forensic analysis, an assessment of responsibility for more than $2 million in delay damages (general conditions) and liquidated damages, a review and presentation of 23 back-charge claims against the contractor totaling in excess of $500,000, an evaluation of 35 additional disputed change order requests presented by the contractor totaling approximately $900,000, and ongoing negotiation and dispute resolution support. Cumming also provided an analysis of the baseline schedule, and performed monthly schedule updates.
