Cumming provided scheduling services to the University on this 18-month library renovation project. The $31 million facility involved extensive renovations to the existing five-story facility, including a remodeled first floor, improved circulation desk, restroom refurbishment, new carpeting and paint, HVAC equipment upgrades, a new fifth floor Grand Reading Room, and landscaping. Scheduling services included analysis of the initial baseline schedule and ongoing monthly schedule updates.
