Cumming/SMG is serving as the College’s Program and Project Manager during the construction of their new three-story science building, which is located at the corner of Calhoun and Coming Streets in downtown Charleston. The $58 million facility includes the Dean’s office, departmental offices and support areas, faculty offices, teaching laboratories, research labs, and a lecture hall. The building is connected to the college’s central energy plant and will have a substantial mechanical room on the third floor.
