Cumming provided cost management services from the initial master planning phase through to final design on five separate campuses under a $300 million bond program. With input from stakeholders and designers, Cumming formulated a budget containing a prioritized list of “must do” and “wish list” projects, prepared detailed estimates for all projects, and continuously and proactively managed cost during implementation. Cumming’s efforts enabled the District to maximize the scope while staying within the established budget.
