As Program Manager, Cumming is responsible for the oversight of more than $300 million in renovation and remodeling, major maintenance, historic restoration, site improvements, and dormitory residence hall and academic classroom work on Pomona College’s single 65-acre campus in Claremont, California. Cumming has been continuously engaged onsite since September of 2001. The program includes the development of several LEED Silver and Gold facilities.
