Cumming performed conceptual estimating and scheduling on this mixed-use entertainment development originally planned for Dubailand. The project was to be located along Dubai's Emirates Road opposite the Global Village. It was conceived to be the single largest destination for family-oriented, leisure, and entertainment tourism in the Middle East.
