Cumming performed master planning and conceptual estimating for the $780 million park expansion. Plans include new rides and attractions, as well as several new hotels. Work is being undertaken to accommodate a projected 25% increase in visitors to the park each year, which currently stands at more than 4.5 million. The majority of work is scheduled for completion by 2011.
