Cumming provided cost estimating services for a $1.5 million tenant build-out project encompassing the eighth floor of the Byron G. Rogers Federal Building. Estimates included costs for new building components and systems, as well as costs for modifications to existing facility components, which would be impacted by planned renovation activities. The facility was originally constructed in 1965.
