Trammell Crow solicited Cumming’s cost estimating services in support of a $232 million development project for the Denver Civic Center area. The new Supreme Court facility is planned to house the Colorado Supreme Court, the Attorney General’s Office, the Supreme Court Library, and other State offices. The museum facility will be home to the Colorado History Museum, Colorado Historical Society administrative offices, Office of Archeology and Historic Preservation, and the State Historical Fund.
