Kaiser awarded Cumming two Master Service Agreements to provide third-party project management and preconstruction services for healthcare facilities nationwide. Under these Agreements, Cumming will also serve as a third-party cost estimate consultant, collaborating with the Kaiser Permanente Architects/Engineers throughout the design process. These projects will consist of fast-tracked healthcare projects such as hospitals, medical office buildings, central plants, and parking decks, all with aggressive design and construction schedules.
