As an extension of the Center’s staff, Cumming is implementing a 10-year, $1 billion-plus capital improvement program addressing facility deficiencies; seismic, ADA, and HVAC upgrades; and future space needs. In close coordination with the California Office of Statewide Health Planning Development, we have led the completion of a new cancer center, the fit-out of two satellite MRI facilities, seismic retrofit and HVAC work for the main hospital, and the planning for the new Pediatric and Maternal Academic Health Center.
