Cumming is providing cost management and estimating services for the new Stanford Hospital and Clinic in Palo Alto, CA. The project involves a five-story facility with a basement and an associated four-level, below-grade parking structure. The $2 billion facility, with expected completion in 2013, will comprise nearly 1,300,000 sq. ft. and have an underground link to the existing hospital.
