As Estimator to the project’s Architect, Carrier Johnson, Cumming provided a full range of design phase estimates for this new 121,000 sq. foot education building and medical library, which was constructed on UC Davis’s Sacramento campus. The new $46.2 million facility replaces older buildings on the UC Davis campus and serves as the school's new headquarters for medical training at all levels. Classes began at the new facility in January of 2007.
