The $375 million UCI Medical Center project includes construction of a new seven-story, 191-bed hospital, renovation to existing buildings, demolition of hospital buildings not meeting seismic requirements, a Central Plant addition, and related site work. Cumming is providing cost estimating services for the new hospital, which incorporates the latest medical technologies for specialized medical and surgical treatments, as well as facilities for conducting the latest medical research and physician training.
