The $865 million Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center is the latest addition to Gaylord Entertainment’s portfolio of luxury hotel and conference facilities. Cumming provided economic forecasting, feasibility studies, cost management, scheduling, and project controls services. The property incorporates 2,000 luxury hotel rooms, 110 suites, a 20,000 sq. ft. spa and fitness center, a rooftop lounge, and 470,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, making it the largest hotel and convention center on the East Coast.
