The $51 million Marriott Courtyard San Francisco stands 18 stories, includes 405 rooms, below-ground parking, 31 suites, meeting rooms, two on-site restaurants, a fitness center and an indoor pool. Cumming provided project management services and developed budget and schedule controls. Additionally, Cumming managed the design team, obtained City approvals, interfaced with local utilities, and managed the general contractor while maintaining responsibility for owner-furnished buyouts and installation.
