Completed in 2001, this $6 million project included kitchen upgrades and refurbishment of the facility’s restaurant and ballroom. Construction occurred during continuous occupancy and was carefully phased to minimize disruption to hotel services. Cumming’s proactive look-ahead scheduling and change order management were instrumental in keeping the project on track, and ultimately in delivering the project successfully on time and within budget. |
