Opening ahead of schedule and under budget, Cumming provided Design Management, Project and Cost Management, Scheduling, FF&E, OS&E Management and Data Center Design and Commissioning on this luxury resort. The project includes a state of the art data center, 166-room hotel, three restaurants, a food court, 62,000 sq. ft. of gaming space, a 25,000 sq. ft. multi-use entertainment facility and a water and wastewater treatment plant. Site amenities include a lazy river, pool and spa. The Tribal Council’s vision for the resort is to create financial independence for the Tribe.
