Engaged during the needs analysis phase, Cumming delivered full project and construction management services to the City of Arcadia on its new $13.4 million, 54,000 sq. ft. police facility. Services included master planning, design management, contractor oversight, and move-in coordination. The project received recognition from the Southern California Chapter of CMAA for its successful outcome.
