In the role of Owner’s Representative, Cumming assisted the City of Claremont in managing its City Hall renovation project. We reviewed the City’s General Conditions and Contract language during design, provided an independent cost estimate, performed a value engineering analysis, and recommended bid alternates. During construction, we performed claims mitigation and conducted cost analysis on scope modifications.
