Completed in July of 2008, the forty-year-old Mark Taper Forum received $30 million in upgrades. Cumming provided program management services that included improvements to the facility’s back of house stage and theatre as well as the front of house lobby and patron restrooms. Additionally, the building received ADA enhancements, and audio, electrical, and HVAC system improvements. The Forum’s historical integrity was preserved throughout the process.
