Cumming provided cost estimating services for the renovation and remodel of the Yuma City Hall complex and the Yuma Public Works building. This $2.1 million project consisted of tenant improvements on three floors of “grey” shell and existing office space within the Yuma Municipal Government Center, which houses administrative functions for the operation of the City government.
