Completed in May 2003, the $48 million, 234,724 sq. ft. Balboa Bay Club project comprises two facilities on a single 15-acre site overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Newport Beach, California. The first building is a private member clubhouse with restaurant, spa, meeting room, lounge, basketball court, racquetball court, pool with pool bar, and a private beach. The second facility is a new 132-room, 5-star hotel with world class amenities. Cumming provided project and cost management for the entire development.
