For the City of Industry, Cumming provided full project and construction management services for the complete renovation of two 18-hole championship golf courses, as well as the facility’s golf cart staging area and practice green, spa facility, pro shop, lower level guest rooms, restaurant, landscape and hardscape, including a water feature and decorative exterior steelwork. Professional services included a constructability review, bid preparation, and “front end” document preparation. This $20 million project was completed in 2008.
