Cumming provided cost estimating services on the new world-renowned Wynn Las Vegas. Completed in 2005, this 45-story, 2.5 million sq. ft. facility incorporates 315 suites, 2,359 guest rooms and 110,000 sq. ft. of gaming space, along with meeting space, restaurants and bars. The Wynn Las Vegas is the first hotel in Las Vegas to earn Mobile Travel Guide’s highest rating of five stars.
